Our Partnership with Al Bait Guests

As you may be aware, important changes have been made to the way Hajj is organised for Australian, New Zealand and other Western countries pilgrims.  The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has appointed a number of local companies in Saudi Arabia that will be authorised to organise Hajj for pilgrims travelling from these countries. Prospective pilgrims will have to book a package supplied by one of the authorised companies via an online portal (Nusuk). Therefore, packages will not be sold by any Australian company directly nor will payments be collected by them.

To enhance the experience of the pilgrims, provide a greater level of support and to address some of the challenges faced by pilgrims in the past, Australian companies will be permitted to work with one of the authorised Saudi companies. Their role will primarily be to promote packages and to provide support to the pilgrims including being guides.

Last year we partnered with one of the authorised Saudi Hajj providers, Al-Bait Guests, as strategic partners, and we are delighted to say that Hajj 2023 was a huge success, Alhumdulillah! We are intending to build on last year’s success and we are confident that Hajj 2024 will not only be enjoyable and memorable but also deeply spiritually uplifting.

Please note that the registration process for Hajj 2024 via Nusuk is now open. We recommend that you start this process if you intend on performing Hajj in 2024. The link to register is https://hajj.nusuk.sa/

We have also begun taking expressions of interest in order to help us plan and facilitate Hajj 2024. To register please visit https://bit.ly/Hajj2024

Background

This year, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has appointed a number of local companies in Saudi Arabia that will be authorised to organise and provide Hajj packages for pilgrims travelling from across the Western Countries. Prospective pilgrims will have to book a package supplied by one of the authorised companies via Nusuk, which is an online portal. Therefore, packages will not be sold by any foreign company, nor will payments be collected by them. In addition, experienced Hajj guides will be employed by Al Bait Guests. Their role will primarily be to provide educational, spiritual, and logistical support to the pilgrims.

A wonderful reminder by Sh @abubakrzoud tonight about hajj and our parents and how we can benefit our parents after their passing!
The photos that have greeted many of the Hujjaj in the last few days as they begin to make their return from the blessed land to their homes in Australia.

We feel a sharp sense of sadness, but a firm sense of purpose. 🤲

May Allah make us better than when we departed, and allow us to visit His house again and again ♥
